Children’s ministries continue to provide engaging opportunities for young attendees to learn about God through interactive lessons, music, and hands-on activities designed especially for their age groups.
In the Pre-K division, Joe Pieretti is leading children through four important Bible promises found throughout Genesis. The lessons emphasize that God wants to be with us, protects us, loves us deeply, and that Jesus is coming again. Through songs, creative props, and storytelling, the children are learning foundational truths in ways that are meaningful and memorable. One highlight for many students has been learning about Noah and helping build the ark as part of the lesson activities. The class also encourages children to become “little missionaries” by sharing God’s love and promises with others.

Meanwhile, the Beginners division, led by Patty Dmytriyev, is exploring the story of Creation. Designed primarily for children ages 0–2, the class often welcomes older children as well because of how engaging the activities are. The children are learning about the creation of the world, the creation of humans, and the gift of the Sabbath. Favorite songs include “Bubbles,” “God Made Me,” and “The Seventh is for Jesus,” which help reinforce the lessons through music and movement.
Hands-on participation is a major part of the Beginners program. Children receive activity boxes filled with props connected to each lesson, helping them interact with the Bible stories in creative ways. One especially popular activity allows the children to help “create man” using a mannequin in the sandbox, bringing the Creation story to life in an unforgettable way.
With approximately 17 children attending and attendance expected to double today, both ministries continue to make a meaningful impact on young hearts and families throughout the week.
