Today we pause in quiet grace,With grateful hearts, we stand.Remembering those who gave their livesIn service to this land.

Their courage speaks through passing years,Their sacrifice remains.A solemn gift of love and duty,Carried through our names.

May we not rush this day away,Or let its meaning fade.But honor those who gave their all,And the price they bravely paid.
