On Thursday the young adults went on a whitewater rafting trip on the Nantahala River. The rapids on that stretch of the river range from class I to class III, so the journey was full of excitement. Some of the rafters steered their crafts along the calmer route, but others chose the splashier, adrenaline-filled route. The views along the river were breathtaking regardless of the path chosen. Near the end of the trip, the entire group faced a series of bumpy, fast-paced class III rapids that soaked everyone.
