About the Role
1. Assist Summer Camp Director with pre-camp organization and training.
2. Primary manager of all summer camp programs.
3. Coordinate special activity planning.
4. Coordinate camp council, campfire and special programming.
5. Coordinate weekend programming.
6. Plan and coordinate all rainy day activity.
7. Guide, direct and supervise campfire leaders.
8. Coordinate with Christian Drama Director & Signing Director, participation of their classes in weekend programming.
9. Give direction and support to Camp Pastor, audio-visual, video, and musical staff.
10. Coordinate days off with Assistant Summer Camp Director, Administrative Assistant, Gym Supervisor, and Boys and Girls Directors, to avoid conflict with program responsibilities.
11. Direct/coordinate special projects as assigned by the Summer Camp Director.
Requirements
1. Be a responsible, mature person with leadership capabilities.
2. Have previous camp experience.
3. Understanding of camp objectives and philosophy of soul-winning
4. Ability to manage people, organize and relate positively in interpersonal relationships.
